This document outlines the Privacy Policy for the PlotPilot platform(website, content generators orany other service provided by us). Within this document, we describe our offerings as the "Service." Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Statement. If you disagree with any part of this Privacy Statement, we advise against using the Service. By utilising PlotPilot, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. You also certify that you are either over the age of 13 or have obtained appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

Licence

PlotPilot provides you with a restricted, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable licence to access and utilise the application solely for personal and non-commercial use. You are bound by an agreement that prohibits the copying, altering, disseminating, selling, leasing, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or decompiling of any portion of the application.

Every piece of content created via the PlotPilot platform, including but not limited to AI-generated content and user-generated prompts, is our sole and exclusive property. The platform's content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy and Data Usage

We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details the methods by which we gather, employ, and safeguard your personal details and the content you create. By utilising PlotPilot, you are giving your approval for the collection and usage of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In the event of a service malfunction or freeze, we gather data related to error reporting to examine faults and enhance the Service's reliability in subsequent updates. Such reports generally do not include identifiable personal details, only by chance. This data may encompass your device's type and version, its identifier, the error's timing, the function in use, and the app's status at the error's moment. This information is exclusively used for error investigation and resolution purposes.

We assure you that your information will not be leased or sold to third parties without your permission, except as specified in this Privacy Policy.

We might disclose User Content and your personal data to entities within our corporate family ("Affiliates"), which are legally connected to us. These Affiliates might utilise such information to enhance the Service as well as their own offerings. Additionally, your data may be shared with external service providers who assist us in delivering the Service to you ("Service Providers"). These Service Providers will have access to your information, as needed, to perform their services, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

All the generated content will be publicly available for all users. However, there might be some technical limitations to this, like caches, which might require some time until your request gets executed. Also note, we can not control third party applications, where your content might have been shared, like social media platforms, screenshots or other services using publicly available content.

Service providers

In some situations, we enter into agreements with external parties to supply products and/or services related to the Service. When this occurs, your personal data may be shared with these third-party service providers, but only as much as needed to offer you those services. We mandate that these third parties use your information exclusively for the purpose of communicating with you and that they implement suitable security protocols to safeguard your data. Orders

All the data you enter during the ordering process, like payment or address information is handled by Stripe, one of our Service Providers. We have no control over how they handle personal information, if you have any complaints please use their channel of information.
